I recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Spartanburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I have been purchasing and leasing vehicles for over 60 years. Dealing with this dealership was one of my most pleasant experiences. The staff - from the sales person,Jarret, to the sales and finance managers- were exceptional. I contacted Devon about the truck, he was very helpful and worked to get a deal done. Upon leaving with truck we discovered the horn didn't work. He got us an appt to get this corrected. David in the service dept was top notch too. Very helpful. Definitely would recommend.
Went in looking for a new vehicle and Devonnie Watson was very quick to not only meet my needs but help me into a new vehicle. Normally the car dealership takes hours and hours. I got there are 5 pm and was driving off the lot by 7. Very greatful for how quickly he was able to meet my needs and actually listen to what I wanted rather than just trying to make a sale. Will be back in future cases for any new truck I may purchase!

Awesome experience buying my 2026 Ram! My sales person Jessica Hajek was very friendly and professional in my dealings with her. Jessica kept in constant contact via text and phones calls answering my many questions. She negotiated a great deal for me! The dealer ship had a 3 rd party company spray in a bed-liner and unfortunately that process covered the truck in overspray. I bought a 2024 Ram 2500 Rebel almost a year ago got less then 21k miles on it. I had to have it towed on Friday back to the dealership due to a no start no crank issue, before that had a problem with the buttons on the steering wheel not working so I made an appointment for today @ 0800 to get it looked at. Recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler… Looked at price points at several dealerships and Spartanburg Jeep had the best, no nonsense price (no bait and switch tactics). Salesperson was top notch (Devon) and the finance department experience was seamless. Additionally, the dealerships lot/building is easy in and out (relatively new development). Zero complaints… All in all a great experience.
